Download & install
Tap the download button, then open the APK in your browser’s Downloads. If Android asks, open Settings, enable Allow from this source for that browser, return and tap Install. You can turn that permission off afterwards.
Sign in with Microsoft
Open agnoss Communication on your phone and choose Sign in with Microsoft. Use your assigned @agnoss.com account and complete your usual Microsoft verification.
Wait for your number
The app assigns your internal number automatically. Keep it open while setup finishes. Signing in again keeps the same number; you do not need SIP settings or a separate phone password.
Make your first call
Allow the microphone when prompted and notifications for incoming calls. Open the dialpad and enter a colleague’s internal number. To check audio, dial *43, listen to the prompt, then speak and hear your voice back.
Need a hand?
Contact your Agnoss administrator if sign-in is refused, your number keeps waiting, or your company phone blocks installation.
How do I update the app?
Return to this page and install the latest download over the existing app. Official releases use the same signing certificate, so your app data stays in place. An old development build may need to be removed first; ask your administrator before doing that.
Can I use an iPhone?
This download is for Android. An iPhone installer is not available on this page yet.
What happens when I travel?
Your number stays yours. Automatic switching between Germany and the US is still being developed. If you travel, contact your administrator; an existing account currently stays in its assigned region.
Outgoing calls and automatic number assignment have been tested. Incoming calls while the app is closed are still being verified. Keep the app open during pilot call tests.
